Priscilla I. Halbur

Priscilla I. Halbur, age 91, of Fond du Lac, went to her heavenly home on Friday, June 1, 2018, surrounded by her family. Priscilla was born February 20, 1927 in LeRoy, the daughter of Albert and Josephine (Schaefer) Adelmeyer. She married Gregory Halbur at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac on October 9, 1948. Gregory passed away on March 3, 1986. She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, cross-stitch, shopping and spending time with her family. Priscilla was a member of St. Mary’s Church, Eden, and the Altar Society. She was a member of the Eden Senior Center, and Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church. 



Those left behind to truly cherish her memory are thirteen of her fourteen children: Barbara Larson of North Fond du Lac; Dick (Ginny) of Oregon, Diane Koehler of Fond du Lac, Sharon (Mike) O’Connor of Monticello, MN, Irene (Jeff) Wolf of Fond du Lac, Joe (Mary) of Campbellsport, Janice (Gene) Tebo of Oshkosh, Phil (Dawn) of Fond du Lac, Marie (Mark) Westemeier of Oshkosh, Jim (Kelli) of Richfield, MN, Karen Halbur of Fond du Lac, Laurie (special friend Andy Schneider) Kelly of North Fond du Lac, and Cindy (Brian) Mueller of Sheboygan Falls. She is further survived by her 25 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, several-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gregory; her son, Kenneth; three brothers: Harvey, Milton and Marvin Adelmeyer,son-in-law Art Koehler and several-in-laws. 



Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 10:00AM – 12:00 PM at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church, W1562 Co. Rd B, Eden. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday June 9th at 12:00 pm at the church with Fr. Mark Jones officiating and burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Eden. Twohig Funeral Home is serving the family with online guestbook and condolences at www.twohigfunerals.com.
