Richard Mielke

Richard “Dick” Mielke of the Town of Osceola, went his heavenly home on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center. He was born May 24, 1934 in Fond du Lac, the son of Louis and Lena (Schultz) Mielke. On Dec. 11, 1965, Dick married Sally Habeck at Trinity Lutheran Church, Dundee where Dick was a lifelong member. He worked on the family farm and then for many years at A. O. Smith in Milwaukee before retiring. Dick enjoyed his life in the Kettle Moraine, hunting and watching the wildlife. He also enjoyed his motorcycle in his younger years and now driving his car throughout the countryside. 





Survivors include his wife Sally, his sister Arlene Kufalk of Black River Falls, his sisters-in-law Dolores Mielke of Campbellsport, Delores Mielke of Kewaskum, LaVerne Mielke of Illinois and Joan Mielke of Campbellsport, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 



Dick was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Alvin, Ervin, Arthur, Louis, William, Robert, Walner and Fred, his sister Elaine Kisslinger and an infant brother Albert, 



Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 3rd at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, Dundee, (W494 Elm St., Campbellsport). Rev. Robert Oberg will officiate and burial follow in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. 



Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 3rd from 9:30 AM until time of services at the CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church.
