Rita M. Rentmeester

Rita M. Rentmeester, 75, went to her heavenly home on Monday, June 18, 2018 at her home. She was born on September 7, 1942 in Antigo, the daughter of Joseph F. and Agnes M. (Warvunek) Krzysiak. On June 27, 1964, Rita married Llewellyn B Rentmeester at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. After graduating from Antigo High School, Rita moved to West Bend and worked at the West Bend Company until her marriage. Later she worked at HT Enterprises, Eden Meat Market and Serigraph from where she retired. She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Parish, Eden where she donated her time and talents. Rita enjoyed crafts especially quilting and helping people but most important to Rita was the time she spent with family and friends. 



Those left behind to truly cherish her memory include her children Lisa (Tom) Gruenwald of Campbellsport, Tammy Balzar of Oshkosh and Kevin Rentmeester of Campbellsport, grandchildren Alyssa Gruenwald, Brianna (Caleb) Gilboy and Hayley and Aidan Balzar, her siblings Joseph (Jean) Krzysiak of Lake Havasu, AZ, Gary (Laura) Krzysiak of Algoma, Kathryn (Steven) Rolling, James Krzysiak, John Krzysiak all of Antigo and Cynthia (John) Hammond of Taylor, her aunt Sister Connie Warvunek of Green Bay, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Larry and Martha Rentmeester, Clarence Rentmeester, Donald and Ann Rentmeester, Richard and Olivia Rentmeester, Ann and John Koepke, Linda Versch and Dennis Landhear, Brenda and Rick Pyle and Jane Seidel, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. 



Rita was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Llewellyn on August 19, 1995, her in-laws Bernard and Marie Rentmeester, her brother Ronald and very special friend Ken Immel. 



Visitation will be held on Monday, June 25th from 2:00 until time of Mass at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church, W 1562 County Road B Eden. 



A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, June 25th at 5:00 PM at Shepherd of the Hills Church with Fr. Mark Jones officiating and burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Eden.
