Robert “Bob” Strobel
Robert “Bob” Strobel, 76, passed away on September 9, 2015
at Harbor Haven in
due to complications of Alzheimer’s Disease. He was born in
Strobel on October 8, 1938. Bob married
Judith Tabalske in 1960.
Bob and Judy were blessed with four children, Rod (Melissa)
Strobel, Wendy (Michael) Polenska, Steve (Michelle) Strobel and Angie (John)
Kroll. Judith passed away in 1991.
Bob owned and ran an insurance agency until the time of his
retirement. In 2004, Bob married Jane Martell.
Bob is survived by his wife, Jane and her family, his
children, 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Bob is further survived by one brother, Bill
(Jackie) Strobel, sisters-in-law, Mary Swanke, Phyllis (Carl) Johnson and
Sharon (Ed) Koyen and many nieces and nephews and friends.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Lucille
Strobel and his wife, Judy.
Visitation: Bob’s family will welcome relatives and friends
on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Zacherl Funeral Home,
du Lac

Fond du Lac
Service: A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated
at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Parish following Monday’s visitation at
11:00 AM.
In honor of Bob’s joy for life and how he spent time with
family and friends; memorial contributions may be made to the family and will
be distributed to the support of Alzheimer’s research, Whitetails Unlimited and
youth golf.
