Bob was born May 25, 1947, in Fond du Lac, son of Harry and Mary Lou Geiger.  He was a 1965 graduate of Campbellsport High School.  He married Marianne Nehring on July 31, 1971, in Fond du Lac.  After 42 years of employment, Bob retired from Giddings & Lewis in October 2008.

Bob helped family, friends, and strangers in need and volunteered for many causes.  He loved sports, particularly baseball, basketball, football, and golf.  He enjoyed farming, usually had prosperous vegetable gardens, including pumpkins and gourds, and shared the fruits of his labor with family and friends.  He had great memories of attending Milwaukee Brewer Fantasy Camps in Arizona and treasured the time that his boys joined him in 2006.  Until his illness, he was a “regular” at the Eden Café for breakfast.  He enjoyed spending time with friends, family, and grandkids.
