Shirley M. Kramer

Shirley M. Kramer, 84, of Fond du Lac died peacefully Saturday Jan. 31, 2015 at All About Life Health and Rehab Center. She was born in Hilbert on Oct. 6, 1930, the daughter of Harry and Laura Braatz Sielaff. On Aug. 30, 1947 Shirley married Harold Kramer at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac. They moved to California in 1959. Shirley worked as a office clerk at J.C. Penny’s and she retired in 1997 and they moved back to the Fond du Lac area. In Shirley’s earlier years she loved to garden and canned all her produce and played the organ. She was an avid sheepshead and penny poker player. 



Those left behind to cherish her memory include one son Eugene (Chris) Kramer of Livingston, TX, three grandchildren: David (Jill) Kramer of Kent, WA, Deanna (Stephen) Burns of Benton, TN and Dennis (Kelly) Kramer of Wichita, KS, 12 great grandchildren, two nieces: Karen McVey and Lois VanWagonin and many other relatives and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, step mother Florine Sielaff, her husband Harold on Sept. 5, 2007, one brother Clayton (Ethel) Sielaff, one nephew LeRoy Sielaff. 



Funeral Services will be Sat. Feb. 7th at 10:00 AM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Avenue, Fond du Lac with Rev. Steven Huff officiating and burial will follow at Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh. Visitation will be Saturday Feb. 7th from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Twohig Funeral Home. Memorials are appreciated.
