Susan B. Krug

Susan “Sue” B. Krug, of Fond du Lac was born to eternal life on May 1st, 2022 after 73 years living an amazing example of love. Sue was born April 5, 1949 to Edwin and Helen (nee Kremer) Hahn. They moved to Dotyville, Wisconsin where Sue met and married the love of her life, Milton Krug on May 7, 1966 at St. Michael’s Church in Dotyville. They built their home in Dotyville and raised their family there.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband of 55 years, Milt; three children: Jeff (Giuli) Krug of Belton, TX, Heather (Larry) Koffman of Campbellsport and Angela (Matt) Scodellaro of Vienna, VA; eight grandchildren: Gabriel, Sophia, Eilana, Samuel, Jacob, Thomas, Vincent and Joseph; her sister Mary Jo Willis (nee Hahn); her sisters-in-law: Shirley Wild (nee Krug) and Olga Hahn; her brother-in-law Donald Krug, nieces, nephews and cherished friends and neighbors. Preceding her in death were her parents, in-laws Clarence and Viola (nee Miller) Krug, brother John Hahn, sister Jeannie (Orv) Tabbert and brother-in-law Herbert Krug.

Sue enjoyed reading, quilting, gardening, camping and everything to do with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 8th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave. Fond du Lac and on Monday, May 9th from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church, W1562 County Road Eden.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, May 9th at 11:00 AM at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic Church. Rev. Mark Jones will officiate and burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery.

The family extends a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Adelaide Place and SSM Hospice for the care and concern shown Sue.
