Thomas J. Witkowski

Thomas J. “Shorty” Witkowski, 62, of Fond du Lac passed away peacefully after a 3 year battle with cancer at the Hospice Home of Hope. He was born in Waupun on March 12, 1954, the son of Lawrence and Arlene (Rymer) Witkowski. 



Tom was a 1972 graduate of Goodrich High School. 



He worked at Mercury Marine, loading semitrailers on train cars and then drove semi cross country. Tom was a person who enjoyed life and people. He has had many friends over the years and had a heart of gold. 







Survivors include his aunt Myrtle Roloff, his sister Debbie Gonzalez, his niece Angie Gonzalez, his nephew A.J. Gonzalez, great nephews Moni and Gio Gonzalez, great nieces Piper Gonzale and Reyna Hemenez, other relatives and many friends. 







Tom was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. 







Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 2:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Ave., Fond du Lac. 



Cremation will follow traditional services with inurnment at Avoca Cemetery. 











Visitation will be Saturday, February 18th from 12:00 PM until time of services at the funeral home.
