Timothy D. Ryan

Timothy David Ryan was surrounded by family as he went to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at the age of 52. He was welcomed into the world by his loving family on July 17, 1969, the son of David and Joan (Herriges) Ryan. We remember the day well, as Tim was the first boy in our family. He was born just in time to enjoy the Fireman’s Annual Parade and Picnic in Eden, Wisconsin. Tim’s childhood was one of adventure enjoying the family dairy farm. Tim attended St. Mary’s Grade School, St. Mary’s Springs, and Campbellsport High School. It was at Campbellsport High School he met the love of his life, Felicia Rauls. They were married July 28, 1990.

He was in the roofing business for several years with Goebel Roofing & Siding. He currently was a cabinet maker for J.G. Custom Cabinetry in Rosendale. Tim was known for his quality workmanship and his close attention to detail. With his love for the Lord and commitment to serving others Tim and Felicia discerned to serve in full-time ministry in Nassau Bahamas. As Jesus said in scripture, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” Matthew 19:21

Tim and Felicia were called to full-time ministry serving at the All Saints Camp Bahamas for several years. Their ministry work was filled with joy as they shared the Gospel with everyone they met. Together Tim and Felicia worked side by side making a difference in the quality of life for many. In their years of serving in the Bahamas they took under their wings and adopted Wooshalno “Shadow” and Richelle. Tim blessed them by being their loving dad. He was an awesome father giving them advice and the stability of family, loving them as his own.

Tim was a wonderful woodworker; always having a project in progress that he was creating. He also enjoyed watching sports with friends, especially the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers. Tim loved getting out in nature and took many walks and car rides to enjoy God’s creation. Tim loved the Lord and followed him wherever he was led. He was the kind of friend you could always depend on and call anytime for help. Spending time with family was important to Tim.

Tim is survived by his loving wife, Felicia, and his children, Wooshalno and Richelle; his mother, Joan Lehr; sisters, Sharon (Jerry) Klotz, Judy (John) Hammen, Colleen (Randy) Karoses, Beth (John) Petrie, and Tammy (Rev. Craig) Sauk; half-sisters, April (Jamie) Haas, Amy (Eric) Petrauski and Patrisha Ryan; and Barbara Ryan. He is further survived by his mother-in-law, Joan Rauls; and in-laws, Andrea (Ron) VanBeek, Tim Rauls, Danielle (Joel) Miller, Shirley (Mark Nesbitt) Rauls, and Nicole (Michael) Boeschen; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends as well as many loved ones at All Saints Camp and many friends in the Bahamas. He was preceded in death by his father, David Maurice Ryan; stepfather, Ernest (Ernie) Peter Lehr; half-brother, David Ryan Jr.; half-sister, Kristy Ryan; nephew, Henry Sauk; father-in-law, Richard Rauls; and brother-in-law, John Rauls.
