October Home Sales Numbers for FDL County
Sales of existing homes in
were down significantly in October compared to the same period last year.
According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association, 109 homes were sold in the
county in October, compared to 147 in the same month last year. That’s a
decrease of just under 26 percent. Meanwhile, the median price of a home was up
slightly to 147-thousand dollars, up from 144-thousand-500 dollars last year a
change of one-point-seven percent. Year-to-date home sales in the county are
down six-point-nine percent, with 1,128 homes sold so far this year. The median
price of a home in the county is up nearly 10 percent in the last year to
$137,350. Statewide, home sales are up one percent in the last year to a total of
70,841 and the median price is up six percent to $174,900.
