One Dead, Two Injured in Town of Friendship Crash

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department has released the names of those involved in a crash in the Town of Friendship Saturday evening that killed one person and injured two others. Authorities say 78 year old Henry L. Miller of Waupun was driving west on Kinker Road when he failed to stop for a stop sign and was hit by a car being driven south on Van Dyne Road by 40 year old Kevin M. Mueller of North Fond du Lac. The passenger in the westbound car, 73 year old Darlene A. Drews was pronounced dead at the scene. Henry Miller was flown by Flight for Life to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, while Kevin Mueller was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac with minor injuries. 


One person
is dead and two others were injured in a two vehicle crash in the Town of
Friendship Saturday evening. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Officials say the
crash happened at Van Dyne Road and Kinker Road in the Town of Friendship
around 6:45 pm. Initial investigation shows a 78-year-old man from Waupun was
driving west on Kinker Road when he failed to stop for a stop sign and was hit
by a car being driven south on Van Dyne Road by a 40-year-old man from North
Fond du Lac. The North Fond du Lac man was taken to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond
du Lac with minor injuries. The 78-year-old man was flown by Flight for Life to
ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah. His passenger, a 73-year-old woman
from Waupun was pronounced dead at the scene. Names of those involved in the
crash are not being released at this time. The crash remains under
investigation.
