Oshkosh Couple Arrested on Suspicion of Child Abuse

Two parents are in custody following a complaint of child abuse on the west side of Oshkosh. The couple was uncooperative with officers, who were able to make the arrests with no serious incident. The child was taken into protective custody. The 30-year old woman and 33-year old man are now facing charges related to that child abuse investigation.
