Oshkosh Man Sentenced To Prison For Drunken Driving Homicide

The 32-year-old Oshkosh man who was driving drunk when he caused the death of another motorist who was stopped for a train has been sentenced to prison. Joshua Ronnfeldt was recently sentenced in Winnebago County Court to 23 years in prison and 6 years of extended supervision. Ronnfeldt ran into the back of 53-year-old Carmine DeAngelis’s vehicle in the 2500 block of Fond du Lac Road last October 5th.  The Winneconne man died at the scene. Ronnfeldt walked away from the scene and Oshkosh Police found him hiding behind a tree.
