Oshkosh PD Fraud Suspect

The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating a theft by fraud incident that occurred on November 3,
2015 at a store in Oshkosh.
The male suspect was involved in the fraudulent use of a financial card at Dick’s Sporting Goods in
Oshkosh.
Oshkosh Police are asking for citizen’s help in identifying the male suspect shown in the photo.
