Oshkosh Police Investigating Bomb Threat at Lourdes Academy

Police are investigating a bomb threat that was found at Lourdes Academy in Oshkosh around mid-day Tuesday.

According to a press release, officers responded to Lourdes Middle/High School on Sawyer Street around 11:14 Tuesday morning for a report that staff had found a note in a restroom claiming that a bomb was hidden in the school.

Students and the majority of staff from the school were evacuated while authorities searched the building. No explosives or other suspicious items were found in the school, and people were allowed back inside a short time later. No one was injured in the incident.
