Oshkosh Police Looking For Homeless Man

Oshkosh Police are looking for a 25-year-old homeless man who is wanted for questioning in a theft from City Center. Thomas Henry Lee Barfell is 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and he has black hair.  He’s also wanted on a warrant.
