Oshkosh Sex Offender Temporarily Moved

Police say a 57-year-old sex offender has temporarily moved into the warming
shelter at
in
Ronald Spiering moved there Monday. He’s been convicted three times since 1985
for sexual assault. His latest victim was a woman, but other victims included
3-year-old and 15-year-old girls. He is on GPS monitoring for life, but is only
under Department of Corrections’ supervision until April 30th of 2019.
