Oshkosh Shooting Leaves One Dead, Two Injured, One Arrest

More details have emerged in regards to the shooting incident in Oshkosh Tuesday night. Oshkosh Police  were called just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, to the 1700 block of Minnesota Avenue, for reports of shots being fired within a residence. Once on the scene, officers found a 59-year old male, who had been shot and killed. An autopsy on the victim is scheduled for Thursday. 


A 57-year old man and a 33-year old female were taken to local hospitals, with gunshot wounds, but they are expected to fully recover.  The suspect in the case, 39-year old Joshua Aide, had left the scene in a Toyota 4-runner. Police considered him armed and dangerous. Aide was located and taken into custody. He is being charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide along with two counts of Attempted First Degree Homicide. Police say all four people involved knew each other.
