Oshkosh Stabbing

The Oshkosh Police Department investigated a
domestic violence incident which resulted in the stabbing of a 34 year-old male
from Oshkosh. 

 

Oshkosh Police were dispatched to the 700 block of
Central St. at about 10:45 PM on Friday, November 21, 2014.  Upon officer’s arrival, they determined that
a 23 year-old female and the 34 year-year old male were in an argument over
someone using a vehicle.  The 23 year-old
female used an 8” kitchen knife to stab the 34 year-old male in the shoulder,
causing a non-life threatening injury to the male. 

 

The 23 year-old female was arrested for Recklessly
Endangering Safety and was taken to the Winnebago County Jail.  The knife was recovered at the scene. 

 

The 34 year-old male received treatment at the
scene by the Oshkosh Fire Department and was driven by a friend to Aurora
Hospital and further treated for his injury.
