A $1 million cash bond has been set for an Oshkosh teen suspected of stabbing one teen to death and trying to kill another. Seventeen-year-old Charles Martin made his initial appearance in Winnebago County Court Tuesday. He is accused in the stabbing death of 18-year-old Noah Williams of Oshkosh and of the stabbing of 18-year-old Trei Applebey.
