Oshkosh Theft Suspect Sought

Oshkosh Police are looking for a thief who has been trying to enter vehicles on the south side of the City. He is tall, skinny and wears dark clothing. The suspect has been seen pulling on car door handles to see if the car is unlocked and looking into cars looking for valuables to steal.
