Packers Resign Francois

The Green Bay Packers have re-signed linebacker Robert Francois. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, announced the signing Saturday.

Francois played in a career-high 16 games for Green Bay in 2012, ranking second on the club with a career-best 13 special teams tackles.

Francois originally entered the NFL as a non-drafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings in 2009. He joined the Packers as a member of the practice squad in December 2009 and has gone on to appear in 35 games over the past three seasons for Green Bay.
