Pellet Gun Used During Shots Fired Incident In FDL

Fond du Lac Police say an area of Main Street between 8th and 9th Streets was secured while they investigated a report about a gun being pointed out a window at another home. It happened just before 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Assistant Police Chief Steve Klein says when officers arrived they discovered a window on the opposite side of the street had been shot out. Officers detained a number of individuals in the home from where the gun was spotted. They learned a pellet gun was used to shoot out windows. No one was injured. The street was opened up within an hour of the call. Klein says they are expecting to charge two people. Alcohol was a factor in the incident.
