Police Believe They Found Missing Man’s Body

On Thursday, November 28, 2013, Investigators
with the City of Fond du Lac Police Department recovered a body that is believed
to be that of Timothy J. Nance – missing since November 01, 2013. Positive
identification is pending the results of an autopsy to be conducted by the Fond
du Lac County Medical Examiner’s Office. The case remains under active investigation.

The City of Fond du Lac Police Department and
Fond du Lac County District Attorney’s Office will hold a joint press conference
tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, December 03, 2013. Confirmation and
further details on date, time, and location of that press conference will be
provided on Monday afternoon (December 02, 2013).

Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation
no further details on this matter, including the location of the discovery of
the body, will be provided prior to the press conference.
