Pool Fees Increasing In NFDL

The North Fond du Lac Village Board recently approved an increase in fees for swimming pool admission and lessons at the community pool. Village Administrator Chuck Hornung says the fees haven’t increased in quite a while. He says the changes will be posted on their website, but they are increasing the admission fees for season passes by about $5 for the year. He says the daily rate isn’t changing. Swimming lessons will also be increased by about $5 a year. He says the cost is increasing from $20 to $25, but there is a graduated scale depending on how many children in your family are attending the lessons. Hornung says they have made some major improvements to the pool including the splash pad. He says the increase in fees will help soften the deficit they see each year for operating the pool.
