Raflik named YMCA Exec Dir/CEO

JJ Raflik has been
officially named as Executive Director/CEO, for the FDL YMCA, effective Saturday, March 30,
2019.  Raflik was
serving as acting Executive Director/CEO, and will succeed Greg Giles, who recently
resigned from his position as Executive Director/CEO, to accept the
position of Chief Advancement Officer for the YMCA of Greater Houston. Raflik is in his 17th year with the Fond
du Lac Family YMCA, having started at the Y in 2001 in
Youth Sports. He promoted to Youth and Family Coordinator in 2004, Youth Sports
Director in 2005, Senior Program Director in 2009, Director of Program
Development in 2013, Associate Executive Director in 2016, and recently was
named acting Executive Director/CEO.  In his time, Raflik has overseen
growth in several areas including programs, membership, and community
collaboration efforts.  Raflik currently serves on several committees,
boards and service clubs, some of which include Noon Kiwanis, Girls on the Run,
and a state-wide YMCA Professional Network Board of Directors.
