Ripon College Health And Wellness Center Will Benefit Economic Development

Ripon College President Zach Messitte believes the $23 million Health and Wellness Athletic Center at the college will be a benefit to economic development efforts in Ripon. He says it will have a 65,000 square foot track and field center, and state-of-the-art athletic health and wellness center that will be hosting camps and tournaments and all sorts of events. Messitte says the Willmore Center will be a unique facility for the area. He says it will be the only thing like it between Fond du Lac and the Dells. He says it will be a big magnet and big for economic development in Ripon. He says kids that come to the events at the center, bring parents with them who stay overnight at hotels and buy food at area restaurants. He says that is how a rising tide lifts all boats.
