Ripon Power Outage And Fire

Power was out across Ripon early this morning due to a fire at a substation. The outage and fire were reported around 3 a.m. The fire happened at an Alliant Energy substation on Fenton Street. Power was restored to most customers in Ripon by 6 a.m. (Ripon Police Department photo)
