Road Construction Starts Today On Cty. V/FDL Avenue/National Avenue

If there was ever a good
time to start a major road reconstruction project, now is as good a time as
any. Crews will begin work today (Monday 3/30/2020) on the County Rd. V/Fond du
Lac Avenue/National Avenue project. Crews will be working on relocating the
water main to start. 

Additional work will include new storm sewer, a new design on
the roadway, a pedestrian trail and new and improved lighting. The
intersections will be closed to through traffic, although residents, business
owners and customers will be allowed access past the Road Closed signs. The
project is expected to be completed by October of this year.
