Rockets Take Down Fondy Boys

Neenah
(4-1, 3-1) came to the Acuity Fieldhouse and handed the Fond du Lac boys
basketball team a 56-31 FVA defeat on Tuesday night.  Fondy jumped out to a 6-2 lead early in the 1^st
quarter before Neenan ran off 8 straight to open up a 10-6 lead after the first
8 minutes.  The Rockets got their offense
going in the 2^nd quarter, hitting four 3-pointers to build a 28-14
lead at the half.  The Rockets buried 10
three pointers on the night.  Senior
Trevor Entwisle hit six from beyond the arc on his way to a game high 28.  Ty Hegg add 9 and Marquette recruit Matt
Heldt 8 in the win.  Marcus Ruch paced
Fondy with 10 while Sam Frederickson chipped in 9.  Fondy (2-4, 2-3) will play in the Sentry
Class at UW-Stevens Point over the holiday break.  They will face Wisconsin Rapids on Sunday at noon.  You’ll hear that game on News-Talk 1450
