Rosendale Firefighter To Be Honored

A Rosendale Volunteer firefighter will be among four Wisconsin firefighters honored next month in Emmitsburg, Maryland during the 35th Annual National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service.  Leslie Fryman became unresponsive while responding to a mutual aid structure fire. He later died on January 21st of 2015. He was 58-years-old. His name will be added to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg. The memorial service is on Sunday, October 9th. The three other Wisconsin firefighters are Lawrence Millard of the Endeavour Moundsville Fire Department, Michael Miller of the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, and Dale Wege of the Pine Lake Volunteer Fire Department.  (Photo from National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Facebook page).
