Samaritan Cash Raffle Tickets Now On Sale

Tickets are now on sale for the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation’s annual Samaritan Cash Raffle, with the top prize of $100,000. The raffle gives participants the opportunity to win up to $125,000 in cash prizes. 

The 2021 virtual drawing is scheduled for noon on Wednesday, May 12 on Agnesian HealthCare’s Facebook page. First prize is $100,000; second prize, $10,000; third prize, $4,000; and fourth to 25^th prize, $500 each. 

The Samaritan Health Clinic at Agnesian HealthCare provides health care to more than 500 underinsured patients annually. The clinic works to provide a full spectrum of care, helping individuals to navigate insurance options, finding a primary care provider and working with local community resources if other needs arise.  

Richard Santa-Cruz, MD, an interventional cardiologist with Agnesian HealthCare’s Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, is serving as this year’s chairperson. 

“We know that as providers, we can more successfully care for our patients the sooner we are able to address their specific needs,” says Dr. Santa-Cruz. “There are many individuals that need this type of help, and we can help them through this journey. We embrace the patients we serve, looking at all their needs, whether physical, emotional or spiritual.”  

Tickets are now available for $50 each, four for $150 or nine for $300. They are available at the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation office at St. Agnes Hospital, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, or through the ticket hotline at (920) 926-8966. Fond du Lac Regional Clinic satellite locations and the St. Agnes Hospital information desk and gift shop also sell tickets. Due to COVID-19, tickets sales at various Agnesian HealthCare locations are only open to patients who have scheduled on-site appointments.

Every four tickets sold helps one person in the community receive care through the Samaritan Health Clinic.
