New this year! The Samaritan Health Clinic raffle house will be part of this year’s Fall Parade of Homes Tour, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Fond du Lac & Dodge Counties, Inc.

The Parade of Homes Tour is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, October 18, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20. Tickets are $10 each; $8 for adults age 62 and older; and free for children five and under. To learn more, visit HomeBuildersFdlDodge.com.

The Samaritan Health Clinic raffle house drawing for the 2,248-square-foot ranch house, which is valued at $269,000, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30. The grand prize winner can choose to accept the house or $134,500 in cash. Raffle tickets cost $50 each or $150 for four. The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation can now accept credit card ticket sales by phone. All other purchases will continue to occur face-to-face, without sales by mail.

The house raffle is the main source of funding for the clinic’s operations. All proceeds help provide patients with important basic health services, medications and urgent dental needs.

“I feel certain that when people see this wonderful house, they will want to buy a ticket,” says Derek Colmenares, MD, a family medicine physician with the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic and raffle co-chairperson with Gary Deitte, Holiday Automotive vice president. “But they will have to purchase soon. We can only sell a limited number of tickets.”
