San Francisco No Treat For Packers

The San Francisco 49ers sent the Packers to the offseason with a 45-31 playoff win at Candlestick Park on Saturday night.  Green Bay jumped out to an early 7-0 lead when Colin Kaepernick threw a interception to Sam Shields that he returned 52 yards for a score.  Kaepernick tied it at 7 on a 20 yard run.  DuJuan Harris then ran it in from 20 yards out to give Green Bay their final lead of the night.  Michael Crabtree caught a pair of 2^nd quarter touchdowns to give the 49ers a 21-14 lead.  Both scores came off of Packer turnovers.  James Jones caught a 20 yards TD pass with just over 2 minutes left in the first half to tie it at 21.  San Francisco took a 24-21 lead into halftime with a David Akers field goal.  After a Mason Crosby field goal tied it at 24, it was all 49ers.  Kaepernick then ran for a 56 yard score and the 49ers never looked back adding two more 4^th quarter touchdowns.  Green Bay added a late score when Aaron Rodgers hit Greg Jennings on a 3-yard pass.  Kaepernick threw for 263 yards and ran for 181 in the victory. Michael Crabtree caught 9 balls for 119 yards and 2 TDs.  Aaron Rodgers ended up throwing for 257 yards and 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.  DuJuan Harris ran 11 times for 53 yards and a TD.  San Francisco will play either Seattle or Atlanta next week in the NFC Championship Game next Sunday.  The game could also be the final game as a Packer for WR’s Donald Driver and Greg Jennings.  Jermichael Finley also may not be back in 2013.  After getting gashed in the post-season two years in a row, Dom Capers job status may also be in question.
