School Administrators Moving Around

A Fond du Lac Middle School principal is leaving the district to take over as the superintendent for the Waupun School District. Woodworth Middle School Principal Steve Hill had his resignation accepted by the Fond du Lac School Board on Monday.

Superintendent Jim Sebert says Hill served 13 years in the district – but he looks forward to seeing how he makes an impact in Waupun. Sebert mentioned that he is “very proud of Steve. Really a neat opportunity, he will do a great job. And just excited that he has that chance to grow and develop in his career.”

Hill will begin his new job next week. Riverside Elementary School Principal Tim Schipper will be making the move to replace Hill at Woodworth.

That change is a move that Sebert says just makes sense because Tim has been at Riverside for eight years. He’s been in the Fond du Lac School District a total of twenty-five. And his first seventeen years were as a teacher and then assistant principal at Woodworth. So, I talked to Tim and gave him the opportunity to go back home, so to speak.”

Sabish Middle School assistant principal Jared Deli also resigned after thirteen years in the district. He is moving to a new position in Hortonville.
