School Aid

According to figures released by the state’s Department of Public Instruction a little over half of the public school districts in the state will receive less general aid from the state this academic year compared to last year. That does not include the Fond du Lac School District, which will get $1.4 million more. Campbellsport will be receiving a little over $500,000 less (-$505,046). Also getting less aid will be North Fond du Lac (-$48,640) and Rosendale-Brandon (-$60,417). The Waupun School District will be getting over $600,000 more (+634,509). Also getting more aid are the Oakfield (+$59,578) and Ripon Area school districts (+$25,878). According to the DPI 187 school districts will receive more, 231 districts less, and for 4 districts there is no change.
