SCOTUS Sets Dassey Discussion for Thursday

The Supreme Court is rescheduling their discussion on the Brendan Dassey case. The justices were originally supposed to bring it up on June 14th – but will now debate the case this Thursday. His attorneys argue investigators coerced a confession through improper techniques while interrogating a juvenile with a low IQ – and that they made false promises that he would be released if he told them about the killing of Teresa Halbach. Dassey and his uncle, Steven Avery, were both sentenced to life in prison for Halbach’s death.
