Senator Feyen Says Job Centers Are Doing Good Work

State Senator Dan Feyen says he appreciates the work state job centers are doing to help the unemployed find work. Feyen recently visited job centers in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh. He says the most alarming fact is there are over 2,000 jobs available in the two counties, but he doesn’t believe there are enough people to fill those jobs. Feyen says to fill our manufacturing and agricultural jobs it will involve attracting workers from outside the area. Feyen says we are lucky to have the two job centers just 20 minutes apart. He says in addition to helping the unemployed look for work their staff helps with resumes, cover letters and helps people brush up on their interviewing skills.
