Senator Gudex On State Of The State Address
State Senator Rick Gudex of
Fond du Lac says he expects Governor Walker will outline what plans he has for
a $911 million budget surplus during his State of the State Address at the
State Capitol tonight. He says whether the legislature will be on board with
those plans remains to be seen. It will be the second State of the State Gudex
has attended. He also anticipates the Governor spending time talking about the
upward swing in the state’s economy. Gudex himself would like to see
municipalities get more help during the next state budget session. Gudex served
on the
City Council as its president before being elected to the State Senate.
