Shake Up at the Top of the Scoreboard After Day 2 of Augusta

Shane Lowry had one of the best scores of day 2 by shooting a 68, but he was out done by the new leader Scottie Scheffler. That round propelled Lowry into a tie for second place. That’s also where Im Sungjae, leader after round one, sits after a plus 2 round. Scheffler has been the most consistent golfer through 2 days shooting under par each day and is now running away with the tournament. Tiger Woods stumbled on day 2 with a round of 74. He enters the weekend plus one and makes the cut.

1 Scheffler -8

T2 Sungjae, Schwartzel, Lowry, Niemann, and Matsuyama -3

T6 Na, Smith, Johnson, and Varner -2
