Sheboygan County Roll-Over Accident

On Friday November 28, 2014,
at 11:50 PM the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office received a cellular 911 call
reporting a roll over accident on Frontage
Rd south
of County Highway V in the Town of Wilson.  The caller advised that there were two
occupants in the vehicle and that they were trapped.  One occupant was unconscious and the other
occupant was conscious.  Town of Wilson Fire Department, Town of Wilson First Responders, Kohler Fire
Department Jaws Unit, Orange Cross Ambulance and Sheriff Deputies were
dispatched to the scene.

 

On arrival of Sheriff
Deputies, both occupants were conscious and trapped.  Both parties were extricated from the vehicle
by Kohler Fire Department, with the assistance of Town of Wilson Fire Department.  William P. Deheck, 43 years old, from
Sheboygan, was operating the vehicle and will be referred to the District
Attorney’s office on the charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the
Influence of Intoxicants – 2nd Offense. 
William did not complain of any injury. 
Kathleen M. Miszewski, 49 years old, from Sheboygan, was transported to St. Nicholas
Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 
They were both in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

 

William was northbound on
Frontage Road .2 miles south of County Highway V, when the Jeep he was
operating left the roadway.  The vehicle
struck part of the ditch line, which caused it to vault into the air and subsequently
roll over.  The vehicle came to rest on
the roof.
