Shooting Suspect Bound Over For Trial

The 34-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of firing a gun while leading police on a foot chase last month has been bound over for trial. Timothy Williams was recently in Fond du Lac County Court for a preliminary hearing. He is facing ten different charges including two counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety. On February 22nd police responded to a call about a man making threats who claimed to have a gun. When they arrived and spotted him he led them on a short foot chase. The round that was fired did not hit anyone. Williams will be arraigned on April 5th. He’s being held in the County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
