Six Injured In Sheboygan County Multiple Vehicle Accident
Sheboygan County Sheriff’s officials have released the names of the six people injured in a four-vehicle accident on State Highway 57 at County Road A Friday afternoon in the Town of Rhine. Twenty-five-year-old Alvin Testrote of Hilbert was driving a Ford F-150 pickup. His passengers were 28-year-old Greg Binner of Lomira and 20-year-old Teresa Borst of Poy Sippi. All three were taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. Twenty-year-old Brady Mathys of Sheboygan was driving a Chevy Camaro. He was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. He was cited for operating with a suspended license. Twenty-three-year-old Derrick Church of Sheboygan was driving a Subaru Impreza. He was cited for operating with a revoked license. A minor passenger in a child seat in his car was not hurt. Forty-nine-year-old Tina Grunewal of Kiel was driving a Subara Outback. She was taken to Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center.
Sheboygan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a multi-vehicle accident on State Highway 57 at County Road A in the Town of Rhine Friday afternoon. Four vehicles were involved in the collision including a pickup truck pulling a car hauling trailer. There were no life threatening injuries. but six people were hurt. Two were taken to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, one was taken to Aurora Sheboygan, and three others were transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Appleton. Investigators say the accident occurred when two vehicles slowed to make a turn and the pickup truck struck the second vehicle from behind causing the four vehicle collision. 911 calls reported the accident just before 4:30 p.m.
