Skiff Leaving FDL For Plymouth Post

Fond du Lac Public Works Director Jordan Skiff has been selected as the new City
Administrator/Utilities Manager for the City of Plymouth, as approved by the Plymouth City
Council at its December 8th meeting. Skiff’s tentative start date in Plymouth is January 11th.

Skiff has been the Public Works Director in Fond du Lac since September 2011. In a press release issued by City Manager Joe Moore, Skiff commented, “I’m very grateful to have served the City of Fond du Lac for almost a decade, and am proud of big accomplishments like Pioneer Rd. projects with the County, Emerald Ash Borer management, connecting the Fond du Lac Loop, and increasing the funding for street
maintenance. It has been a true privilege to work with a great Public Works team, and to be part
of generous partnerships with several Fond du Lac organizations. Having served as a public
works director for over 20 years, I hope to take the lessons I’ve learned and apply them in the
next level of management in nearby Plymouth.”

Skiff takes over the Plymouth position that became available May 1, 2020 when Brian Yerges resigned to accept a position with a public utility in Arizona.
