The public is invited to learn about “The Way of Love”
this Sunday morning at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Fond du Lac. This special
service will be led by Bishop Michael Curry, who was seen by a worldwide
audience delivering the sermon at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan
Markle in May of 2018. Curry is the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church,
and will be stopping in Fond du Lac after leading an event in Appleton on
Saturday.

Dean Patrick Perkins of St. Paul’s explains what we can
expect from Curry’s message. “In the midst of all sorts of questions in our
society and our politics about what’s best for this, and what’s best for that,
what’s right and wrong – it’s easy for us to lose sight of the core tenant of
Christianity, which is ‘Love God and Love Neighbor’,” Perkins said. “His idea
in preaching is unpacking this idea of love so it stays at the forefront of our
mind.” The service begins at 9 am, and will feature music from the Ripon
College Choir and the Cathedral Brass. The church is located at 51 west
Division Street in Fond du Lac.
