Speedway Robbery Suspects Bound Over For Trial

The two men suspected of the armed robbery of the Speedway gas station on West Johnson Street were bound over for trial when they appeared in Fond du Lac County Court for a preliminary hearing last Friday. Fifty-nine-year-old Paul Tennis Jr. of Fond du Lac is charged for the actual robbery and 36-year-old Jeremiah Owens of Marion for being party to it by allegedly acting as a lookout. Both men were also arraigned and pled not guilty to the charges they are facing.
