Mike Fiers was the difference in the Milwaukee Brewers 6 to 2 win over the Chicago Cubs Thursday at Wrigley Field. Fiers struck out 14 batters over six innings and only allowed three hits. With the win the Brewers moved 2 ½ games ahead of Pittsburgh and St. Louis in the Central Division. Tonight the crew is in Los Angeles to kick off a weekend series with the Dodgers. Aaron Rodgers gets his first start at quarterback this preseason for the Green Bay Packers tomorrow afternoon when the Packers take on St. Louis. The mystery is who will fill at QB first after that. Packers Coach Mike McCarty won’t decide until after practice today whether Matt Flynn or Scott Tolzien will get the first snaps after Rodgers leaves the game. You can hear the game on News-Talk 1450 KFIZ and K107.1 starting at 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is at 3 p.m.
