Replay in MLB

Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig announced that he would like baseball to add more replay for the 2014 season.  He says under the plan, managers would have one challenge in the first six innings and two after the 7th inning.  The replays would be handled at the league office and not at the stadiums.  75% of the owners must vote to approve the plan for it to go through.
