The Brewers continue to stock
their farm system.  GM David Stearns
sends 1st baseman Jason Rogers to Pittsburgh in exchange for outfielder Keon
Braxton and pitcher Trey Supak.  The move
leaves the Crew with no 1st baseman on the roster.

Brewers owner Mark Attanasio
wrote an open letter to the fans on Thursday telling them he is committed to
rebuilding the team the right way and would not take short-cuts.

The Packers head out west
today for a matchup with the Oakland Raiders.
The Packers offense looks to keep moving in the right direction.  If the offense will have success they will
have to contain Raiders linebacker Khalil Mack who had 5 sacks last week in the
win over Denver.   Coverage begins at 1pm with the kickoff set
for 3:05pm on KFIZ.

Former Badger Montee Ball is
back in the NFL with New England.  Ball had been out of work since being cut by Denver in September.

Tre Burnette hit the game
winner with 1.2 seconds left in the 2nd overtime to give South Dakota a 92-91 win
over UW-Milwaukee on Thursday night. Matt Tiby scored 31 for the Panthers.  UWM will travel to Minnesota on Wednesday night.

The Bucks are on the road
tonight in Oakland
as they take on the Warriors.  Golden State
is licking their chops for a rematch with Milwaukee
after being handed their only lose last Saturday night at The Bradley
Center.  Coverage begins at 9:10pm on
KFIZ with the tip set for 9:30pm.

Ally Gietzel hit a pair of
free throws with 1.8 second left to give the Fond du Lac girls basketball team
a 45-43 win over Appleton North on Thursday night at the Acuity Fieldhouse.
Gietzel finished with 25.  The win
improves Fondy to 4-1 in FVA play and 5-3 overall. Fondy will take the holiday
off before heading to Kaukauna on January 4th.

We’ve got high school boys
basketball tonight on KFIZ as Fond du
Lac
heads up I-41 to Appleton North. Coverage begins
at 7:05pm with the Tim Cruz Agency American Family Insurance Pregame Show.  The tip is set for 7:30pm.
