The Cardinals
completed the sweep of the Brewers with a 6-3 win over the Brewers on Thursday
night at Miller Park
Jean Segura’s three run homer in the 9th accounted for the
Brewers only runs.  Milwaukee starter Jimmy Nelson was hit in the
head by a line drive by Tommy Pham in the third inning and was taken to the
hospital and it looks like he’ll be OK. 
The Brewers open up a three game series with the Reds tonight at Miller Park.

The Packers host Seattle on Sunday Night
Football at Lambeau and may be without an anchor of the offensive line.  Brian Bulaga 
left practice with a knee injury and his status for Sunday night is not
known. Coverage on Sunday begins at 5pm with the kickoff set for 7:30pm.

 

The Denver
Broncos scored a pair of touchdowns in the final minute of the game with steal
a 31-24 win over Kansas City.  Bradley Roby picked up a Jamaal Charles
fumble and ran it in from 21 yards out with :27 seconds left for the game
winning TD.  Peyton Manning became just
the 2nd player to pass 70,000 career passing yards in the win. 

 

The Badgers host Troy out of the Sun Belt
Conference on Saturday as they continue their non-conference schedule.  The kickoff is set for 2:30pm with coverage
set for 12:30pm on KFIZ.
